Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition as received
• Items must be unused and unworn
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene-related items, products must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Reasons)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear
• Lingerie
• Tights
• Selected personal care products

Starting a Return

Include the following information in your email:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• A photo in case of damage or defect
• Your contact details

Refunds

Inspection & Approval

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

1. First check your bank account.
2. Contact your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
• Returns must be sent to our fulfilment partner in China.
• Return shipping costs start from approximately €20 and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated processing system.
