This website is operated by BLNKS London. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BLNKS London. BLNKS London offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Article 1 – Definitions

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: a natural person not acting for business purposes who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: calendar day.

Long-term transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time.

Durable data carrier: any method that enables information to be stored for future consultation.

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely.

Distance contract: a contract concluded using distance communication techniques.

Technique for distance communication: means used to conclude an agreement without both parties being in the same place.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer made by BLNKS London and to every distance contract concluded between BLNKS London and the consumer.

Before the contract is concluded, these Terms will be made available to the consumer.

If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully valid.

Situations not covered by these Terms should be assessed in the spirit of these Terms.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has limited validity or special conditions, this will be clearly stated.

Offers are non-binding and may be modified.

Product images represent products as accurately as possible; colours may vary due to screen display.

All prices exclude import VAT and customs clearance costs. These may be charged by the courier upon delivery.

Each offer clearly states:

• Price

• Shipping costs

• Payment methods

• Delivery method

• Right of withdrawal

• Offer validity period

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

BLNKS London will confirm acceptance electronically.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or apply additional conditions where necessary.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, where possible.

After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

• Custom-made products

• Personalised products

• Hygiene products with broken seal

• Perishable goods

• Opened software, audio or video

Article 9 – Pricing

Prices will not increase during the validity period of an offer except due to VAT changes.

All goods are shipped from outside the EU. Import VAT and customs fees may apply upon delivery.

Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty

BLNKS London guarantees that products conform to the agreement and legal requirements.

Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty does not apply if:

• The product has been modified

• The product has been misused

• Damage is caused by external factors

Article 11 – Delivery

Orders will be fulfilled within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

If delivery is delayed, consumers will be informed.

Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 12 – Duration Transactions

Consumers may terminate long-term agreements with a maximum notice period of one month.

Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be completed within 7 days after the cooling-off period begins.

Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after identifying an issue via:

Complaints will be responded to within 14 days.

These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
